It has particularly good location right by the northern train station and the suburbs. In addition to good breakfast, the decent service is offered.

The hotel's location was convenient, right next to the old train station and taxis were always on time, and we were pleased to have a room with a bathtub.

The king room we stayed in was quiet and fully-equipped, and the location was good, close to a train station and within a 15-minute walk from The Museum of Saken Seifullin.

We loved staying here! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and even though they didn't speak our language, we were able to communicate effectively with Google Translate. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff kept our room spotless during our entire stay. We enjoyed the quiet location of the hotel, which had plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Additionally, we appreciated the convenient transportation options available, as well as the excellent hotel facilities.
Nothing negative to say.

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Hotel Inju Hills. The rooms were spotless and modern, creating a minimalistic atmosphere. The hotel is located in a quiet zone, which allowed us to get a good night's sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were able to communicate effectively using Google translator. We also enjoyed learning about the history and culture of the area, which belongs to the Russian legacy. Despite some minor drawbacks like the slightly uncomfortable bed and the hotel being far from the city center, the overall experience was great. We highly recommend Hotel Inju Hills for a comfortable and affordable stay in Nur-Sultan.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, away from the bustling city center. The rooms were clean, and we were provided with all the basic amenities including shampoo and shower gel. The breakfast served until 11 am was a big plus, and we appreciated the option for an additional meal during the day. there were plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops to explore.
Sadly, the receptionist struggled to comprehend English, which resulted in some miscommunication. The pillows on the bed weren't that comfortable, and the absence of a kettle, tissues, and water bottles made our stay less comfortable.

Located in a peaceful district close to the old train station, this hotel offers clean and spacious rooms with well-maintained bathrooms. the breakfast selection includes freshly cooked eggs and toast. the friendly staff are always eager to offer assistance, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the hotel provides toiletries and towels, plus additional perks like being able to have a meal served throughout the day.
There seems to be a language barrier with some of the staff that could cause difficulties for travelers who don't speak the local language.

During my Easter weekend at this hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. the staff was also friendly and eager to help, despite the language barrier. I appreciated the local area, which offered plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops. the hotel provided basic toiletries like shampoo and shower gel, but I think it would be better to offer them in dispensers for convenience.
the breakfast served was very basic, with only a choice of fried eggs or porridge, and could have been more varied.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
